Domaine Génot-Boulanger has been heating up since it was taken over by Aude and Guillame Lavollée. They have an unprecedented amount of diversity in their holdings, which span 30 different appellations within Burgundy. Farming practices are organic and the philosophy here is “maximum work in the vineyard for minimum intervention in the cuverie”. Their wines are brilliant examples of Burgundian terroir- beautiful, elegant, and precise.
