There, you'll find commercial producers who make millions of bottles a year, as well as small farmers who make only several thousand. The winery Grongnet is run exclusively by women, is farmed organically, and if we had to guess, is doing a lot of other things right too. This Champagne is from 100% chardonnay. Champagne can be sweet and toasty, but this one is bright, citrusy, and savory.
