Fornerol feels like insider’s Burgundy. None of his bottlings carry glitzy classifications, but all of them provide a pristine window into savory, old-school Burgundy. That very much goes for today’s red. It’s spicy and deeply textured, a collectible wine that you can and should enjoy as often as possible.
