Burgundy is a place where anyone who has good taste in anything will eventually end up. Pinot Noir, the red grape, has been planted all over the world in an effort to try and replicate the elegant, earthy, and always easy to drink style of Burgundy. Only a few places have come close. It’s also one of the oldest wine-making regions in France and home to so many inventions and innovations, the industry wouldn’t be the same without it. These heartfelt words really are just to say: Burgundy is great and we should all try to drink it more.
