Grant Reynolds is an award-winning sommelier, included in Forbes's 30 Under 30 in 2017 and named Wine & Spirits' Best New Sommelier in 2013. In addition to Parcelle, Grant is a partner in Delicious Hospitality Group, which oversees the restaurants Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, and Legacy Records. Grant has been featured in GQ, Condé Nast Traveler, and Vogue, and he has written about wine for Vanity Fair. He is the coauthor of the book How to Drink Wine, which was published in 2020.
Christine Collado grew up working in the hospitality industry at her parents' market in Brooklyn. She began her own career as a server, and eventually took an interest in wine. She worked as a sommelier at Terroir Tribeca, Daniel, Bar Boulud, and Boulud Sud, and went on to become the wine director at the 3-Michelin star restaurant Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare. She helped open Parcelle in 2018 alongside owner Grant Reynolds.

After graduating from Ithaca College, Cedric worked at various restaurants throughout the upstate New York region. His first job in Manhattan was at Aureole, where he took a great interest in the world of wine, and ultimately joined Eleven Madison Park as a sommelier in 2012. He has been a key contributor to the continued evolution of the wine program and education of the staff there and was promoted to Wine Director in 2015. He joined the team at Parcelle in 2020.

Ben found his love for wine as a teenager working at restaurants and wine stores around his hometown of Asbury Park, NJ. He spent several years bouncing around Manhattan dining rooms as a sommelier before returning to wine retail at Parcelle in 2020. His passion is Italian wine, and he is a lover of books, art, food, and generally cool stuff.

Kelsey became fascinated with wine at a young age. The story goes that one summer evening, her family was invited to dinner, and the hostess asked her what her parents like to drink. Without any hesitation, she answered "chardonnay." She was five years old. After moving to New York, Kelsey was fully swept up into the wine world. She joined the team at Parcelle in 2019.
