This vibrant red is made just outside Barcelona from the grape sumol. It’s light in color but full of flavors, and reminds us of a Red Burgundy with a wild side.

Tastes like: Wild cherries, roses, bay leaf.
How to drink: With soft cheeses, roasted duck, or grilled swordfish.
