Guido Porro makes this nebbiolo from the vineyards in which he makes his much more expensive Barolo. It’s not aged as long so that the wine remains lighter and more pinot noir-like than rustic and rich.
Tastes like: Cherry, rose petals, and licorice.How to drink: In between bites of cacio e pepe (or just simple buttered noodles if you’re keeping it easy).
