Saint-Joseph blanc is made from two grapes unique to this part of France – marsanne and rousanne. They are known for having a soft and creamy flavor in contrast to the crisp wines of the Loire Valley and Chablis. Cecillon is one of those ‘you’re in the know’ producers. A young and thoughtful couple whose wines are some of the most exciting to find. You’ll like this wine if you enjoy White Burgundy and chardonnay.
Tastes like: Apricots, almond croissants, and white lilies.
How to drink: This is a quintessential winter white wine. It pairs with foods you may think need a red wine like chicken, roasted potatoes, and anything comforting
