Luis Rodriquez makes this salty white from organic fruit he grows on the steep hillsides of a far-away corner of Northern Spain. It's a blend of many indigenous grapes, but it's made mostly from treixadura and albariño, two that make wines that taste like the Atlantic shoreline.

You’ll like this wine if you enjoy Chablis and chenin blanc.

Tastes like: Oranges, Vichy-Catalan, yellow apple.

How to drink: Pour a glass to drink with vegetables and fish, or to keep cool while cooking something else.
