Many of our favorite rosés from around the world are made from light-bodied, high-acid, low-alcohol red grapes known for floral and spicy notes. So it should come as no surprise that Beaujolais rosé is right in our wheelhouse. This bottling from Domaine de la Prébende is light, floral, and highly refreshing.
Tastes like: Strawberry, roses, smoke.
How to drink: Cold with charcuterie and bright salads, ideally outside on a summer afternoon.
