After working with Jean-François Ganevat for years in the Jura, Jessica Litaud returned home to Burgundy in 2019. She set up shop in the Mâconnais, not far from another one of her mentors, the relentlessly sought-after Jean-Marie Guffens. Like Guffens, Jessica crafts richly textured, vividly fruited, smoky whites from the best vineyards in Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran. While production remains super limited - Jessica does everything at the small organic winery herself - this is a name that’ll be making waves in Burgundy circles very soon.
