Thibaud Boudignon

Thibaud Boudignon, Anjou Blanc 2024 3-pack

$165
$150

Thibaud Boudignon makes some of our favorite chenin blanc in the Loire. The Bordeaux-born, Burgundy-trained winemaker set out on his own in 2009, and has since become one of the region’s unquestioned stars. His chenin blanc is salty and juicy, with energy and cut that brings to mind another nearby icon, Stéphane Bernaudeau. This chenin from Anjou is particularly bright and fresh, an absolutely ideal summer white.

Here's what you should know about it:
  • After working in Bordeaux and Burgundy, Thibaud Boudignon launched his own winery in the Loire in 2009.
  • He makes this white wine from chenin blanc in Anjou. Farming is organic and biodynamic.
  • You’ll enjoy the fresh, salty, textured style if you’re a fan of producers like Bernaudeau and Ogereau.
As sommeliers, we often get asked, “What’s the best wine on the list?”
Rarely would we ever tell the truth. We wanted to hoard them for ourselves, or stash them away to drink with our sommelier friends in-the-know. Well, Parcelle Picks is our big reveal. This is our selection of the hard-to-find, ready-to-drink, sometimes well known, maybe obscure, and always limited wines we love most.

Call it a hit list, a daily deal, or whatever you like. It’s the best stuff we have right now—and at the best prices.
