For the past 15 or so years, PYCM has been the source of some of the very best wines from both Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. Pierre-Yves Colin, the son of Burgundy icon Marc Colin, has a distinctive style that stands out in a lineup. His White Burgundy is fresh and notably smoky, powerful and textural but never heavy.
