Vincent Dauvissat
One of the absolute benchmarks of Chablis, and Burgundy proper for that matter. The Dauvissat estate is almost universally regarded as top 2 in Chablis along with François Raveneau. Whether you prefer the one or the other depends on your stylistic preference. Dauvissat tends to be broader, and carry a more pronounced imprint of lees. The portfolio here is capped off by the stellar grand crus Les Preuses and Les Clos, but the premiers crus Forest and Séchet are some of the best value (as far as benchmark wines go) in Burgundy.
