Natural wine is more of a philosophy than an objective recipe a winemaker must follow.
Unfortunately, there’s no official stamp or certification to ensure you’re getting what you want. The reason you liked the taste of the wine is likely because the wines are usually more savory rather than sweet and it likely had flavors that were different and therefore grabbed your attention. The wines are always organic and made with no additives. These are some of our favorites, for the more adventurous types.
