While France can be considered the world’s premier wine producing country, Italy is by far its most interesting.

There are thousands of unique grape varieties and a broad range of flavors to experience. When drinking these wines, it’s best to try and pair the wine with the food from that region: Barolo and white truffles, Chianti and tomatoes, crudo and a coastal white.
