Pattes Loup, Chablis Premier Cru 'Vaillons' 2022

At Pattes Loup, Thomas Pico farms organically, crafting pure and deeply concentrated wines. Crisp enough to be your go-to summer white, and complex enough to serve as ideal value-alternatives to Dauvissat or Raveneau, Pattes Loup is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after names in Chablis.

From Sechet, a plot of Vaillons where Dauvissat makes one of the great bottles in all of Chablis, Pico produces a tiny quantity of precise, elegant, subtly floral wine.
