Domaine Faury, Saint-Joseph Rouge 2019 Domaine Faury is one of the Northern Rhône’s most artisanal producers. They use traditional winemaking methods to make classic Saint-Joseph syrah that’s always powerful, and offers a liveliness and freshness not often found in the region. Tastes like: Blackberry, smoke, black pepper, and bacon. How to drink: Decant it for an hour. Drink with any braised meat or Peking duck.
