The backbone of Pascal Agrapart’s hand-crafted Champagne lineup is a single slope in the village of Avize. This bottling is Agrapart's single-vineyard emblem. It comes from a half-acre plot of old vines in the middle of the slope, which is worked solely by a horse named Venus. It balances intense minerality with depth and rich texture.
