While this family-run, grower-producer is best known for its lineup of 100% chardonnay Champagnes, Pascal Agrapart makes minuscule amounts of this wine from a field blend of local grapes. Along with the typical Champagne varieties, it includes obscure ones like arbanne and petit meslier, all sourced from a garden-sized vineyard in the chalky soils of Avize.
