Bodegas Frontonio, Garnacha 'El Jardín de las Iguales' 2022

Since the vines in this unique amphitheater were planted 125 years ago, it was helmed by the same family, who never made the wines available to the public. Fortunately for us, Fernando purchased the vineyard in 2016, and now produces one white and one red. It might sound kind of lazy to compare the red to Rayas, but in the scheme of whole-cluster garnacha, there are very few others with this kind of elegance, intensity, and detail. Only 800 bottles are produced annually.
