Bodegas Frontonio, Macabeo 'El Jardín de las Iguales' 2020

Since the vines in this unique amphitheater were planted 125 years ago, it was helmed by the same family, who never made the wines available to the public. Fortunately for us, Fernando purchased the vineyard in 2016, and now produces one white and one red. The macabeo is tense and high-energy, with texture and length that undoubtedly make it one of the most compelling whites in Spain. Only 800 bottles are produced annually.
