Marie Courtin, 'Resonance' Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut (base 2022)

If you’re not familiar with Marie Courtin, it’s solely a product of how little Champagne they produce. But the wines that Dominique Moreau makes here are worth trying any chance you get. In the Aube, Dominique Moreau, who named the winery after her grandmother, biodynamically farms a few small plots walking distance from Cedric Bouchard. And as with Bouchard, Dominique’s bottlings are single-vineyard, single-vintage with zero dosage.

Resonance is aged in stainless steel, yielding the crispest and most chiseled Champagne in the lineup.
