This ‘Grower Champagne’ comes from the Montagne de Reims, where Maxime Ponson farms organically in the area’s chalky soils. A sixth-generation winemaker, Maxime primarily uses pinot meunier in this wine, resulting in a fresh, toasty Champagne that showcases the grape’s hallmark texture and savory notes.
