Fred Savart only makes around 2500 cases annually from just 4 hectares of vines. And yet, he crafts almost a dozen different wines. It’s a testament to Fred’s passion as a farmer, and his ability to translate his small plots of pinot noir in the Montagne de Reims into unique, ultra-expressive Champagnes. Mont Benoit is a single-parcel bottling from one of the most renowned vineyards in Champagne.
