Along with the GGs of Keller, the Clos Ste. Hune from the historic Trimbach family in Alsace is the greatest dry riesling on the planet. Rich and densely textured, it somehow manages to never feel heavy. It's one of the world's most age-worthy dry white wines, and the '88 should currently be in its mature prime.
