Adrien Renoir just turned 30, and he’s already making serious waves in Champagne. The fourth generation to lead his family’s winery, Adrien converted his vineyards to organic farming, and focused on highlighting his old-vine plots in the Grand Cru village of Verzy. Dry, unadorned, and elegant, this is some of the most ‘wine-like’ Champagne out there, especially at this price-point. It won’t be priced like this for long.
