Since its debut vintage in 1993, the Palacios L’Ermita has been the reference point wine for Priorat. The crown jewel in the Palacios lineup, only about 250 cases are made each year. The rich, almost exotically spiced, fully mature grenache is as sought-after as any wine in Spain.
