The Tuscan coast is known primarily for rich and full reds. This light and floral natural red is made by one of Italy’s top winemakers, Elisabetta Foradori. It’s on the other end of the spectrum of the big and juicy style typical to these parts. The name of the wine is Kepos. It’s a blend of grapes normally found on the French coast of the sea, such as grenache.
Tastes like: Blackberry, caraway seeds, and roses.
How to drink: It’s a good red for seafood or spicy food.
