Cerbaiona, Brunello di Montalcino 2019

This is probably the best wine Cerbaiona has released since Matthew Fioretti took over in 2015. It showcases Cerbaiona’s rare ability to balance the ripeness of Montalcino’s south and the savory, freshness of the north. This is seriously delicious already, but no rush, as it also has structure built to age.
