The duo behind Chanterêves - Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott - each previously worked at a series of iconic wineries (Guillaume was the winemaker at Simon Bize for 20 years). With the purchase of their own vineyards in 2020, and Guillaume leaving Bize to focus solely on Chanterêves in 2022, the hype deservedly continues to grow. The Champs Longs is a juicy, high-toned red from one of Chorey’s best vineyards.
