Chëpika, 'Catawba' Pét-Nat Finger Lakes 2020

When you hear about a pét-nat rosé from New York made with an extremely obscure grape called Catawba, you might understandably think that it sounds a little too out-there. But then when you hear that it’s made by Pascaline Lapeltier – simply one of the smartest people in wine – any hesitations should disappear.

Tastes like: Cranberry, lemonade, grass, and tangerine.

How to drink: Chilled on its own, or alongside sushi, salads, and charcuterie.
