Françoise and Stéphane Dief launched Clos Manou in their garage in the ‘90s. So compared to most of their neighbors on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, they’re new to the scene. They make just two wines, both from their organic plots of cabernet sauvignon and merlot. Compared to their ‘Grand Vin’, this features more merlot in the blend, yielding rich, round red wine that’s delicious right away.
