Before launching Cassiopée, Hugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg worked at a series of blue-chip Burgundy addresses, including Roulot, Mugnier, and Clos de Tart. So perhaps it shouldn’t be much of a surprise that, even after just a few vintages, they’ve become a source of highly sought-after Burgundy themselves. This spicy, vivid red is an ideal window into their style.
