After more than 15 years as vineyard manager and cellar master at Domaine de l’Arlot, Didier Fornerol took over his family’s winery in 1999. His earthy, firm, spice-laden wines have become some of the very best sources of value in all of Red Burgundy. His flagship Cote de Nuits-Villages reminds us of wines from producers like Bize and Dujac in terms of style and ability to age.
