An hour east of his iconic winery in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Since then, these savory, fine-tuned wines have become some of the best and most allocated in the region. The Trois Cepages is a tart, earthy red wine made from a blend of the Jura’s three key grapes - pinot noir, trousseau, and poulsard. Fresh and aromatic, it’s an ideal chilled red.
