An hour east of his iconic winery in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Since then, these savory, fine-tuned wines have become some of the best and most allocated in the region. Made from poulsard vines previously owned by Jura legend Jacques Puffeney, this is a light but super detailed red wine.
