While 33-year-old Emmanuel Ogereau is best known for his whites made from chenin blanc, he crafts small quantities of vibrant reds from cabernet franc as well. From organic vines - originally planted by Emmanuel’s grandfather in the ‘50s - in the Anjou area of the Loire Valley, this floral, spicy red is medium-bodied and highly versatile with food.
