Ferdinando Principiano, 'Boscareto' Barolo 2011

$145
As humans age, they change; we look forward to going to bed early, we get hair on our shoulders, etc., etc. When wine ages, it changes too. However, unlike humans, we rarely celebrate the years of the youth in wine, especially in Barolo. This is a Barolo that’s made in a style which can be enjoyed young. In fact, we think its distinct flavors are better now than later. This wine is all about the details.
