Since taking over their family's historic property in Saint-Aubin, brothers Jean-Baptiste and Benoît Bachelet have actively pursued a style focused on freshness and precision rather than oak. Saint-Aubin borders Meursault, and with winemakers like the Bachelet brothers and a vintage like 2020, its wine offers the same structure at a fraction of the price.
Tastes like: Ripe peach, sea salt, chamomile.
