Chanterêves, Bourgogne Blanc 'Yume Utai' 2024

After bursting onto the scene a decade or so ago, Chanterêves has become more and more sought-after with each release. It’s one of the very few Burgundy producers that appeals equally to the natural wine crowd as well as the collectors. This salty, pure, refreshing White Burgundy illustrates why.

The duo behind Chanterêves, Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, each previously worked at a series of iconic wineries (Guillaume was the winemaker at Simon Bize for 20 years). With the purchase of their own vineyards, and Guillaume leaving Bize to focus solely on Chanterêves in 2022, the buzz continues to grow.
