This rich and soulful sangiovese is made by the Padellettis, a deeply-rooted family in Tuscany who have been making organic Brunello in the hills of Montalcino since before Da Vinci knew how to draw. The wine is full, though still fresh, with flavors of dark berry, thick forest, and sweet tomato vine.
