The duo behind Chanterêves - Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott - each previously worked at a series of iconic wineries (Guillaume was the winemaker at Simon Bize for 20 years). With the purchase of their own vineyards in 2020, and Guillaume leaving Bize to focus solely on Chanterêves in 2022, the hype deservedly continues to grow. Chaignots - a vineyard famously helmed by Chevillon and Mugneret-Gibourg - this is the top-end red in the Chanterêves lineup.
