Domaine Génot-Boulanger, Beaune Blanc 'En Lulunne' 2020

While they’re based in Meursault, Guillaume and Aude Lavollée make wines from 30 different parts of Burgundy. Despite that range, all of their wines share a few key attributes: meticulous, organic farming methods followed by minimal intervention in the winery. The past five or so vintages have been done with reduced yields, and the wines have gone to a whole other level.
