Emrich-Schönleber makes dry riesling with the density and structure you’d expect from White Burgundy. That's on display in this bottling from one of their grand cru vineyards in the Nahe region of Germany. If you're a fan of bright, mineral riesling, Emrich-Schönleber is about as good as it gets.
