The rolling hills of Saumur produce many of the greatest chenin blanc wines in the Loire Valley. Nobody masters the area’s limestone soils like Romain Guiberteau. A protege of Nady Foucault at the legendary Clos Rougeard, Romain ages this organic chenin in stainless steel, which yields a particularly fresh, mineral, vivid white wine.
