Domaine Tissot, Arbois Chardonnay 'Les Graviers' 2023

Stéphane Tissot is an icon in the Jura. Their organic, biodynamic chardonnay is similar to White Burgundy, but a little more salty and savory. This single-vineyard bottling represents the top of the Jura's quality hierarchy.
