Jérome Fornerot, Santenay Blanc 'Les Charrons' 2020

The Fornerot family has roots in Saint-Aubin that go back more than five centuries. Their most recent imprint on this southerly part of Burgundy is owed to Jérome Fornerot, who launched his own domaine in the early ‘00s. His wines don’t carry the names of Burgundy’s most famous villages, but they do offer fantastic value for the price.

This is the only white Jérome makes in the southern town of Santenay. It’s floral, textured, and fresh.
