In the Aube, closer to Chablis than Epernay, Dominique Moreau makes tiny quantities of this truly singular Champagne. The domaine, which Dominique named after her grandmother, Marie Courtin, produces wines from single vineyards, single varieties, and single vintages, always with zero dosage.
Présence is the rarest wine in the lineup, with only 140 cases produced. The blend of chardonnay and pinot blanc yields a Champagne that's floral and deeply textured.
