Peter Lauer, Ayler Village Level No. 6 'Senior' Trocken 2023

Peter Lauer is one of the great dry riesling producers in all of Germany. On the cold slopes of the Mosel, Florian Lauer makes organic wines that are brisk and intricately detailed. ‘Senior’ comes entirely from old vines in the Grand Cru vineyard of Kupp. It’s concentrated and powerfully aromatic - unmistakably Mosel riesling - with Lauer’s hallmark delicacy and clarity on display as well.

Tastes like: Grapefruit, honeysuckle, smoke, whipped cream.
